4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Drank from 12 oz bottle poured into snifter. Aroma- beautiful aroma of coriander and spice. Very nice. Appearance- golden orange with light carbonation and light heavy. Taste- very clean. Orange zesty with some pepper. Palate- not a overwhelming taste but still nice. Overall- very good and drinkable saison but not enough umph to get higher score

2.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
12 oz pour into pint glass. Deep copper clear colour. Carbonation was ok, but light for a saison. Slightly spicy and sharp. Taste was not good.. there is a sharp metallic taste that dominates. Medium body. Won’t buy again.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Beer of month club. Pours a very attractive amber color with thin white head into tulip glass. Aroma is of spice, yeast and maybe a little brown sugar. Taste is some caramel and some spice. Not usually a saison fan but this is easy to drink and good.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Nice, light, respectable saison. From a bottle into a tulip style glass. Super foamy at first. Aroma is light but standard saison, slight fruit. Starts like a wheat with hints of saison and citrus. Ends with a pleasant kick with pepper and light spice notes. Some hops throughout.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Clear medium amber with a solid, long-lasting head and a thick band of lace. Taste is grassy malt matched by light flowery hops moving together through a lightly pepper-y finish. Unassuming, easy-to-drink, but 6% abv is a little high for such a light entry.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
The twist cap low fill “12oz” bottle pours with a clear copper body that supports a thin dirty white head of foam. The modest aroma offers up some sugar sweetness, stale earthy basement and then a bit of pear to apple esters and the odd Saison like spiciness sort of here and there. The taste is a little spicy and getting a touch cracked black pepper too. It then gets sweet with pear and a dash of ripe banana. It leaves behind a faint yeasty film in my mouth.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle. Pours a murky brownish yellow with a thick sticky off white head. Aroma is cereal banana and spices. Flavor is banana cloves metal esthers and spices. Nice to see nimbus crank out this style but it isn’t quite as well put together as I’d hoped.

On draft at OHSO. Slightly hazy yellow golden color. Nice aroma of yeast, wheat, faint spice. Flavors similar- big wheat flavors in the middle, a little hoppier than a typical saison. Ends nicely w/ a dry, peppery taste.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Sampled at the Tucson Beer Fest. A nice creamy smooth foam over a lightly hazed golden beer. Nice yeast in the aroma that is right. Malt, too. A hint of hop notes are citrus. Cascade? A hint of pepper. Yeast and malts round this out nicely. Tasty.
