Many thanks to Beerhunter111 for this bottle! 500ml swing-top bottle. The beer starts fresh and smooth. Quite dry and grainy with a moderate dry bitter and grainy aftertaste. Not too deep with lots of bready grains in the body, hints of sweetness to make it highly drinkable without being to sweet. Dusty-dry grain. Interesting aroma.

Das Bier ist fast klar und hat eine orangegelbe Farbe, eine Schaumkrone ist nur zu erahnen. Geruch leicht nussig malzig, fruchtig hopfig. Geschmack sehr malzig, leicht fruchtig süß, getreidig, nussig hopfig, gut!

Fliptop bottled, 0.5 l. Opal orange colour, medium sized fine pored white head, which laces. Citrussy, floral nose. Crisp start followed in the refreshing aroma by lemon, flowers, toast and mild caramel. Dry sweetbitter finish escorted by tart citrusses and bread-crust. A good Zwickl.

It’s hazy dark yellow/golden with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of hay, malt, caramel, flower. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes of grassy hops, malt, caramel, a touch of citrus (when it gets warmer), and the finish is slightly dry with a touch of fruit.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also, only modest turbid. Starts fine spicy and yeasty, also quite sourish with fine fruity notes of apricot. Really nice!
