(bottle) Hazy, dark brown colour with a diminishing, slightly tanned frothy head. Dusty and sweet toast-malty nose with a light wheat-character, restrained fruity notes and quite strong phenolic spice. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a crispy carbonation. Dark and toast-malty taste, restrained fruity and spicy with a rather slim and short but quite refreshing finish. Not a very complex but still likeable Dunkelweizen (09.07.08).

The bottle looks simple, but good. The beer in the glass nice turbid, huge head. Starts malty, modest roasty, notes of caramell and plum. Finish malty-yeasty, very drinkable. Good one!
