Bottle. Strong allspice and clove and banana. Cloudy orange, off-white foam. Peach, banana and white bread, spicy dryness in the finish. Mellow mouthfeel, medium body. Fruits and light hay retronasal. Subtle flavors and refreshing, nice.

Bottle 500ml. @ home.

Hazy medium orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light malty, moderate yeasty, banana, yeast. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is creamy - watery, carbonation is soft. [20101010]

(bottle) Hazy, deep golden to amber colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Fruit-accented (apricots, lemon) and moderately wheaty aroma with herbal notes of anise and cloves. Moderately sweet and delicately sour flavour, medium to light bodied with a mellow mouthfeel. Fruity-yeasty and wheaty taste with traces of cara-malt and spicy herbal accents; slightly sweet and sour-fruity finish with rounded spicy notes. Elaborated Hefeweizen. 11.X.10

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Light orange, creamy head. Starts yeasty and modest fruity, notes of lemon and apricot. Also quite sourish - that makes the beer really interesting. Quite drinkable - good beer!

Bottle (thanx to joss !): Golden, hazy, big, very lacy white rocky head; phenolic-clovey nose with a wheaty background; light to moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, light bodied; empty MF in the wheaty-tart finish, which is dominated by vegetables. A very good looking Weizen with a very modest taste............

bottle, bought at the brewery. Amber colour, fruity nose. Fruity flavour with hints of yeast and banana. Malty, slightly resiny hopps. Well-crafted Weißbier from a great brewery.
