600ml bottle served in a Pokal glass. A: Pours a nutty brown color forming a thin bubbled tan head with good retention and no lacings left S: Strong smell of dark chocolate. Roasted malts. Butter diacetyl gives a milky and lactic smell in the end T: Slightly sweet upfront. Roasted grains, dark chocolate, cocoa beans. Mild roasted bitterness. Some hops giving some extra bitterness in the very end. In overall, a mild sweet beer with a light bitterness M: Light and watery. Quite disappointing mouthfeel. Medium to low carbonation. Chocolate and milky aftertaste O: Easydrinking beer. Difficult to classify it. It’s something between a Specialty Grain, a Winter Warmer and a Milk Stout. Not bad but... [ BA Review @ 7/16/2013 ]

Molto nette e decise le note di cioccolato in questa birra con un carattere proprio e invidiabile, che affonda le proprie radici in una solida base maltata e leggermente tostata. Prodotto di classe made in Brazil.

from Mondial de la Bière 2013, Mulhouse - very dark brown beer with a beige foam left; solid aroma of cocoa and black chocolate; medium- to full-bodied, quite fizzy and fairly bitter; long earthy aftertaste of cacao pulver and vanilla - interesting dessert beer

Bottle courtesy of Andrew via Sofia. Awesome! Thanks Sofia. Aroma is pure milk chocolate tootsie roll. Mouthfeel is thin and sessionable with notes of chocolate and light sweet coffee. Essentially a tootsie roll in a glass.
