ZBF 2008. Amber colour. Malty, light spicy, wheaty aroma. Chewy mouthfeel and good balance of malt, wheat and spices. Pretty low on hops, yet slightly bitter.

From a 75 cl bottle at Zythos Beer Festival 2008. Clear amber with medium off-white head. Fruity and slightly roasted malt aroma with some herbal and dusty hops. Medium bodied and smooth. Good balance.

Fast gone whitish rim over clear amber-copper ale. Sweet, caramel-like nose, maybe some parsley. Sweet-bitter, bit cookies or even old gingerbread taste, slightly oxydized, if VERY balanced. Bitterness renews with every sip, but is fleeting. Medium to well-bodied. Sweet-ish, but tripel-attenuated. Nice, if somewhat sweet tripel. Definitely another good one from ’t Hofbrouwerijke.
