JorisPPattyn (4282), Antwerpen, Belgium Mar 1, 2008 Fast gone whitish rim over clear amber-copper ale. Sweet, caramel-like nose, maybe some parsley. Sweet-bitter, bit cookies or even old gingerbread taste, slightly oxydized, if VERY balanced. Bitterness renews with every sip, but is fleeting. Medium to well-bodied. Sweet-ish, but tripel-attenuated. Nice, if somewhat sweet tripel. Definitely another good one from ’t Hofbrouwerijke.
