18 nov 2009, bottle. colour of a very light ale and slightly hazy. nose is lightly malty w/ faintest hints of grassy notes. i wojldn’t be able to place the flavour as dandelion if i didn’t know. beer is mostly flat. flavour is slightly sweet w/ what i would have guessed are hints of lavendar. okay.

Bottle 500ml. @ home.

Clear medium to dark yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, herbal, toffee - butter, herbs - grass notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, tonic, fruity herbal bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. A bit organic alike ! [20110121]

Bottled. A dark golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of dusty hops on a malty background. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and spices - it must be the dandelion that to me make up the spice-note. The finish is bitter.
