[702-20070926] Cask @ Ship & Shovell (London, GL). Faint aroma has only lightly skunky grain notes. Clear, brown amber body with a small long-lasting creamy white head. Grainy light fruity malt flavour. Medium body. Not bad, could be repeatable.

Cask at The Monkey Puzzle, London. Pours clear, amber-gold with a foamy, white head. Light caramel and semi-dark fruit nose with some leaves. Light sweet flavor, quite leathery, with some dried fruits and toasted sugar. Light in body with fine, tingly carbonation. Bland, faintly bitter with some dry leaves, weak leather, light pepper. not very good.

Pours clear golden color with a large head. Aroma of grass and mild nuts. Flavor of malts and fruits.

Cask at the black rabbit. Smells of bread, malt and hay. Taste is bland and not exciting. Very forgettable

Pours clear golden amber with a nice head. Aroma typical of an english cask bitter. After a 100 feels like a dime a dozen.

Cask at GBBF 2011, Wednesday. Clear amber/golden - white head. Nice hoppy, grassy, citrus, light malty, fruity, light herbal, citric, dryness.

From cask. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity and hoppy. Bitter, citrusy and mild grassy. Dry, bitter and slight herbal. Citric and dry finish.

Cask at GBBF 2011. Clear golden coloured with a small white head. Fruity aroma of grass, berries and sulphur. Fruity flavour of hops and grass. Hoppy finish.

Cask at GBBF 2010. Pours a pale copper colour, with a good size white head. Plenty of fruit and floral hints in the aroma, the taste is some sweet malts, with plenty of hops.
