COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The key to appreciating a true strong bitter: A balance that you’ll savor. Our pronounced hop usage has been compensated with smooth malt perfectly. Presenting our inaugural brew, with hints of its English roots and a whole lotta Minnesota depth to explore.

Poured medium amber with a huge frothy off white head. Aroma of sweet citrus and caramel malt. Medium, creamy smooth body, flavour of the aroma fairly well balanced.

Bottle. Pours dark amber with medium head. Aroma has mildly fruity hops, behind sweet malty aroma some very slight peaty notes., Flavor is really well balanced for an American ESB - initial caramel toastiness followed by a memorable combination of herbal and resinous hops. This is a really well thought out beer with just enough bitter dryness to cleanse the palate and just enough residual malt sugar and earthiness to keep one craving more. A very well done ESB.

Unique, big in the middle. Earthy, lightly toasted malts with a laid back hop bill and dry in the aftertaste.

Bottle. Poured a huge head that almost overflowed my tasting glass. Murky lovely orange with a huge, foamy off white head. Somewhat caramels aroma; with some hops at 2nd or 3rd whiff. Flavor has some saison qualities, which I don’t think are intentional. Pretty decent. A little hot initially. Thinking there may be some skunking going on. Improves as it warms and breathes. Very carbonated mouthfeel.

Moderate head. It was moderately hopped, too, with a mild earthiness and breadiness. But overall impression was really quite ’blah".

Bottle at yespr. Hazy orange coloured with a medium sized beige head. Sweet and fruity aroma of caramel and dark chocolate. Sweet and fruity flavour of caramel, spices and dried fruits with notes of hops. Hoppy finish.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw and hops, leading to a bitter finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.
