COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The key to appreciating a true strong bitter: A balance that you’ll savor. Our pronounced hop usage has been compensated with smooth malt perfectly. Presenting our inaugural brew, with hints of its English roots and a whole lotta Minnesota depth to explore.

Moderate head. It was moderately hopped, too, with a mild earthiness and breadiness. But overall impression was really quite ’blah".

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw and hops, leading to a bitter finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Not as bitter as I would have imagined but still good. Lemon, bread, chewy flavor. Nice MN flare. I like that on tap isn’t much difference from bottled. When warm you can really taste the bitter, but cold I can’t detect the special bitterness... surprisingly low hop profile.

Deep amber pour with thin white head. Slight earthy aroma with big bread and biscuit aroma. Yeast and bread with slight oily lemon bitterness. Crisp carbonation cuts in with a slight hop punch. Finishes sweet and dry.
