Commercial Description:
Bottle and Can - Pasteurised.

This Premium traditional ale is surprisingly light in colour with a smooth taste and a crisp finish. Tanglefoot won Double Gold at the Brewing Industry International Awards when first brewed.

Nice amber colour, big head, top carb,good looking beer.Aroma citrus?Flavour bitter or metallic I think the latter,Oh dear! Mr badger what have you done,finish sour to metallic,not good.

Poured golden/brown. Fiizzy head. Very yeasy taste, some citrus, hops, malts. Flavours all balanced, nothing stood out.

(Can 50 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Clear deep golden with a white head. Aroma of fruit, nuts and English aroma hops. Medium-bodied with lightly sweet fruit and a metallic edge. Dry finish with some bitterness. 180508

50 cl bottle, bougth at Sainsbury´s, Newhaven. Light amber color, ok white/off-white head. Aroma is cereals, some hops and fruit. Flavor is sweet malty, spices, fruit, some hops and bitterness. Crisp, dry finish. Not very good.

Bottle: Poured a yellow golden color withwhite head. Aroma is fruity and pungent. Taste is bitter, acidy, and spice.

500ml bottle.
Sweet malty taste. Not much aroma. Fairly solid, but not as good as the cask version (at its best). Slightly maizy taste, in fact.
