First tasted this in The Esquire House in November 2008. Cask, handpump dispense. Clear tawny in colour with a thin white head. Toffee aroma is very very weak. Digestive malt in the mouth with a dry vinous raisin fruit evident. Hop resins give a strong bitter flavour in the aftertaste. This continues into the dry hoppy finish with the malt posted missing in action. Poor effort, not worth seeking out.
