Wenig karamellig-röstiger Beginn, geringe und angenehme Bitterkeit. Der Hopfen dazu steigt, erfrishcend. Nun röstiger, gering hopfig, dafür bitterer. Gut. 11/11/10/11//11

Draught at the bräuhaus
Beautiful mahogany color with red shades; creamy head. Nice aroma, nutty caramel and a touch of fudge. Good caramel flavor, light roasted nuts, a bit sweet; also a light buttery note; it’s clear by now that there is a good amount of diacetyl here. The bitterness is quite low. As I’m not put off by diacetyl, while I prefer sweet beers, I appreciate this one.

Light unclear medium to dark brown amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, burnt caramel, light to moderate caramel, light roasted, fruity, orange - citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, burnt caramel bitter, orange fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100928]
