Ruby colour with a big head. Sweet and malt biscuit over an astringent under lying grippy bed of vegemite and sourness. Very nice.

330ml bottle into schooner glass. Hazy orange/bronze colour, thin solid white head. Some carbonation visible. Slight aroma of caramel and light fruit. Good body, cleansing taste. Finish is short with a touch of malt balanced by fruity hops. Simple, subdued but nicely balanced.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
330 ml bottle. Orange body topped by a thin white head. Aromas of peach, lemon, pineapple, grass and a little pine needles. Rather malt foward in the mouth at first before a zesty hop note sneaks in. Agree with other commenters it’s more APA than IPA, but quite a tasty beer nonetheless.

Bottle. Orange amber, low offwhite head. Light papery malt, metallic earthy bittering hops. Medium light body. Clayish herbal finish. Did not get much of the aromatic hops - old bottle (bb feb 16)?

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
UPDATED: DEC 1, 2015 From a 330ml bottle on 22/10/2015. Pours a clear deep golden with a medium head. Has a mild aroma of caramel with a bit of fruit on top. Take a sip and there’s a decent dash of caramel malt, some indistinct fruitiness, and a moderate hop bittereness. I can’t detect any Sauvin in there at all. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Doesn’t really present as an IPA for mine, as it’s pretty light on for hops. More a just decent, malt forward APA.

Bottle. Looks, smells and tastes like more of a pale ale that an all out IPA. Nice enough hop flavour but could do with a bit more IPA kick

Citrus aroma, gigantic head, lovely colour, bit too citrusy, lacking complexity.
