COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We made a clear version of our Apple lager, using whole crushed Iwate apples. It is slightly sweet, with a clean after taste.

Bottle from Yamaoka. Light yellow color with lace. Sweet aroma, soft, biscuity piilsner malts, caramel, apple. Not unpleasant. Very sweet flavor, with lots of apple and a bit of peppery hops. Soft, light malts come with a nicely bitter finish. Refreshing and flavorful but way too sweet.
