Appearence: Straw. Aroma: Earthy hops. Flavor: Floral, mildly fruity malt with moderate bittering and a long, subtle malt flavor on the finish. Comment: Mild pilsner style. Fine balance throughout with superbly integrated hops. The differing nose and palate adds interest.

Bottle, only available through a 3-month home delivery package from the brewery. Light straw color. Rich biscuit malt, nicely hopped, fruity aroma. Malty flavor with a touch of butter. Very fruity and creamy, with crackers, nice hops, good malt complexity. Long, peppery, prickly hop finish, exceptional for a pilsner. Really good hopping! Nicely done. Wish they would make it a regular.
