On tap at the brewery. First batch if I’m correct. Very hoppy aroma. Hazy, yellow color, white head, good lace. Light malty, floral, herbal, bitter, certainly well hopped, medium body.

Bottled. Hazy yellow colour, huge white fluffy head. Beware when opening it will give a small fountain. Aroma is pleasant grassy, fruity and flowery hops along with slight parfumeish notes. Flavour is quite much the same. Big time bready and slightly sweet malts as well. Mild yeastyness. Actually a rather pleasant pilsener.

Nice slightly orange hue with lasting white head.
Slightly skunky aroma, more so on tasting it. Nutty, perhaps wet cardboard? I do not think it is sick, it’s just not pure.

0.5 l bottle. Extreme carbononation, open carefully. Hazy yellow color wit big sorbet head. The aromas of herbal and grassy hops, hay, pepper, yeast as well as honey. Soft oily and yeasty palate. Honey, medium to firm bitterness, lemon and herbal-peppery-grassy hops. The flavor is too yeasty but this has character and I prefer this over a clean industrial lager.

Bottle. Golden colour with a nice white head. Aroma and taste like czech pilsner. Saaz hop and light malts. Good carbonation. Uncomplicated and easy to enjoy. Well balanced czech inspired pilsener from Holstebronx.

Bottle. Golden coloured with a white head. Grainy malts and fruity hops dominates the mild aroma. Taste is not worth mentioning, it’s just another pilsner..

Bottle at Kolding ølmesse. Golden 7 orange colour with a white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, hop. Flavour is fruuit, malt, hint of hop, citrus. Nothing wrong but a boring beer.

UPDATED: JUN 30, 2008 Bottle at Kolding Ølmesse. Pours an orange-golden body with a wit-like hazyness and a white head. Sourish, grainy aroma with a lemony touch. The flavor is grainy and sourish too, and there’s also a fruityness. The finish is also slightly sour, and has pale malt. Medium to thin body. Really boring, and I would like to have the sourness removed. (080229)
