ChristianSA (368) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - APR 27, 2006
70 cl bottle. Copper colored and clear with compact white head with good retention. The aroma is pasta and grass and with a hint of roses. As it enters the mouth the most noticeable thing is the perfect malt flavor that has many layers without any sticking out, as it should be for a session beer. Bread and caramel dominates with notes of wood and a hint of cardboard. Light but refreshing bitterness and lively carbonation. Quite dark in the color for a beer named Blondie, but nonetheless a nice balanced beer, that I could probably quaff all night.

Draught, Hazy orange colour with a off-white head. Weak yeasty, spicy, citrus aroma and a sweet dry fruity taste. Medium body and a sweet light dry finish.

Bottled @ Fynske Øldage: Golden coloured. Unclear. Small white head. Citrus, yeast, light fruit and vague spices in the aroma. Flavour is quite acidic and citric. Yeast and fruit are present. Quite thin bodied. Has a grapish dry end.

33 cl bottle. A lot of yeast in bottom. Not much aroma but some of strange thing and malt. Light amber colour. But also hints of homebrew sour and yeasty.

(At Fynske Øldage) Clear amber color. Small head. Fresh and malty aroma. Yeasty flavor. Unpleasant. Where is the harmony?

Papsoe (22946) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - OCT 7, 2005
(Bottle 70 cl) Lightly hazy amber golden with a small, off-white and very dense head. Weak hoppy, perfumy aroma. Soft, slightly caramelish malt sweetness. Notes of fruit - or perhaps rather flowers? Hops are present all the way through and leave a solid dose of bitterness. Huge improvement from the regular "Blondie". Good going. 051005

Ungstrup (23918) - Oamaru, NEW ZEALAND - OCT 5, 2005
A hazy orange beer with a huge light orange head. The aroma is grassy and strawy combined with light notes of sulphur. The flavor is sweet acidic with primary notes of straw and with a dry end.

Jeppe (2633) - Ølbutikken, DENMARK - OCT 5, 2005
Thick foamy white head, hazy orange golden body. Fresh fruity and herby aroma with tones of hop and citrus. Dry hoppy flavor, rather sweet without much bitterness. Herby and cheesy tones. Soft and easy drinkable, but not overly interesting.
