2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 chriso (7063) - London, - DEC 8, 2005
Bottle, at the London gathering, November 2005. More amber coloured than blonde. Apart from a rather odd marriage of soft vanilla and sharp lemon (albeit both elements very subtle). I didnt pick up much of note in this beer at all. Not disagreeable, just bland.

Bottle. Tasted when the brewery still was in business. Goldenish yellow colour with small head. Bit sour aroma, fruity and hoppy. Flavour is sour, bit yeasty, thin malt, good hoppiness with a dry finish. Sour ok tasting Belgian wheat style. ILm not going to miss this one.
2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 Maria (8572) - Thisted, DENMARK - MAR 11, 2007
Nice head and hoppy aroma. The flavour has notes of hops and roasted malt and citrus and the finish is nice and bitter. Overall impression is thin. Some months later, May 05, the brewing method has been altered a bit, the flavour is fuller, but also more heavy on the malt, that tends to dominate, and the light bitterness is almost gone.

Bottle, courtesy of Jacob Lvenlund. Hazy amber bronze, thin but lasting white head, gentle condition. Initialy sweet and bready in the mouth but with a developing yeastiness and hints of pine needles. Quite dry and earthy in the mouth with a pleasant chalky bitterness and a faintly honeyed sweet note. Long dry and earthily bitter finish with some lingering yeast notes.
