Bottle, 5.7%. Over a year past BB date, but seems fresh. The aroma is OK roasted with a bit of fruitiness. Clear dark brown colour. OK light brown head. The flavour is roasted at first, turns a little malty with a subtle spiciness, probably clove. The body is a bit thin, but the beer is not bad.

Bottle. It pours a clear, copper body under a small, beige head. Thyme, some ginger, some caramel and roasted malts on the nose. Smooth and weak. The flavor is spiced with thyme doing most of the work, caramel and roasted malts as a base. Medium body and a spiced finish. A bit too experimental for my likings, quite nice, but nothing more. 091016
