Dark yellow colored with cloudy appearance. Little yellow head. Hopped and vegetably aroma with grassy-flowery hops, lemon also present. Soft palated, medium bodied. Flavor is also dominated by hops and fine yeastiness, this Danish vegetably yeastiness also present. Aftertaste dries mildly, still very soft mouhtfeel. Hard to find straight whiskey from here, maybe some moldy tones.

Sep 19, 2008 Updated: Sep 30, 2008 Draught Small whitish head over clear orange beer. Malty, grainy aroma, corn flakes even. But where’s the whisky? Dry, grainy taste, even a bit dry-mold like. Orange peel (also molded). Medium bodied at best, some gristslickness. And the whisky is....in the brewer?

Sep 15, 2008 Tap @ EBF 2008. Golden color. Malt, peach and a hint of peat in the pleasant aroma. Peat and peach in the flavor. A bit sticky mouthfeel.

Clear golden color, white head. Sweet, malty and grainy scent. Weet, malty, spicy taste. Very fresh. Medium mouthfeel, medium bitterness.

Sep 1, 2008 bottle. Amber / whisky colour :-) with a thin beige head. Aroma and taste of caramel, roasted malts and notes of oaked whisky. very nice and pleasant strong ale.
