A dark brown reddish beer with a fine brown head. Sweet and creamy aroma with coffee and chocolate notes, very pleasant! Roasted and buttery flavor with some sourness (hints of infection?). Coffee notes. Good, but rather sharp and unbalanced. A fine start from a new brewery!

Pours almost black with a light tan head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, chocolate and coffee. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Cremiger Antrunk, der eine Mischung aus herben und cremig malzigen, noch aber zurückhaltenden Aromen darstellt. Das Malz wird nun deutlich aromatischer und breitet sich spürbar aus, eine leichte Süße hilft dabei, dem Ganzen einen cremigen Touch zu verleihen. Die Herbe verschwindet weitestgehend, die Hopfigkeit, die sie ersetzt, währt ebenfalls nicht lange, ist im Abgang aber immerhin noch in Zügen vorhanden. Eine leichte Holzigkeit setzt gleichzeitig mit Pflaumennoten ein, das Malz gibt anschließend Röstnoten frei, die aber nur kurz währen. Wenig bitterer und cremig (röst-) malziger Abgang. 12/12/11/13/8/12
