May 8, 2008 Botella. Red-brown colour, thin creamish beige mostly diminishing head. Aroma of caramel and chestnuts with some malt. Quite good mouthfeel. The flavour is sweet with toasted malt, caramel, chesnuts, some chocolate, nice mild bitterness, bit of toffee and mild spice. Different and quite good but rather sweet brown ale.
