330 ml bottle. Deep amber body with a nice beige head. Lively carbonation. Mild aroma of coffee and acidic fruits. Flavor is light acidic, mild roasted malt and acidic coffee. Slightly harsh bitterness. Thin body and aftertaste of sour coffee. Not very good, I believe the sourness is not intended and this is a batch gone bad.

BBD: 12-2015. Brown ale.Batch: 24/2014.
In short: harsh brown ale.
Pours hazy copper with frothy off white head, some gushing. Roasty, caramel, liquorice, yeasty nose. Medium body, high carbonation, crispy texture. Taste is roasty, caramel, ripe fruit. some harsh mouthfeel due to overcarbonation.

Brown in colour, a little lighter than i was expecting. Off white creamy head that lasts quite a while. Aroma of dark malts and raisins. Taste of light coffee and malt sweetness. Seems a little of style, it has a smoker taste to it. Quite carbonated and overall not too bad but leaves a slightly sour aftertaste.

UPDATED: MAR 23, 2013 Cerveza degustada en el Barcelona Beer Festival. Mini-Pinta (20cl).

30/11 0.33 l bottle from Vinoteca Belostikale, Bilbao. It poured hazy darker brown body with small brown head. Nice caramel and raisins aroma, sweet. Flavor was only a little bit sweet, more neutral or bitter with caramel, chicory and coffee towards the finish. Medium bodied with moderate, sweeter caramel and somewhat bitter to sour coffee. This batch was obviously of regular quality, unlike some infected I might read here. Pleasant beer, although not really a porter.

Not tasting like a porter. basement aromas, leather, and roasted malts. Not my cup of tea.

Bottled @ cgarvieuk’s Need some Cupboard Space tasting, brought by la Li. Very dark brown colour, large fluffy off-white head. Nose is light roasted malts, coffee. Flavour is roasted malts, coffee, bit of fruits. A bit light bodied. Lots of carbonation. Pretty ok porter.

Bottle at Craig’s ’need some cupboard space tasting.’ Poured a cloudy brown colour with a thick, light tan head. Aroma of leather, coffee, chocolate and caramel. Similar flavours with chocolate and coffee quite prominent. A foamy mouth-feel and a dry finish. Not too bad.
