COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This insolent, snotty and mean-spirited brew is pungently hoppy and wickedly strong. High in malt gravity (1.080), bitter in hoppiness (90 IBU), aggressive in aroma (double dry-hopping with Centennial), Bakayaro! Ale just doesn’t give a rat’s ass. We invite you to come in, have a pint and let those around know exactly how you feel.

Amber in color with a light tan head. A light roasted and heavy hop aroma. Flavor has some nice citric notes with roast and light candied sugar as well. Light dry bitterness in the finish. A very nice brew but for Bakayaro! I was hoping for more intensity. Still, a very nice offering from Baird.

Keg at Harajuku taproom. Red amber almost brown coloured with small off white/beige head. Aroma is bit spicy and with lots of hoppy bitterness (b.o./cat pee) and pine elements. Real prickly spikiness in the mouth. Taste is quite boozy and nice and bitter. Very nice.

A solid drop. I see the Arrogant Bastard refernces. Big hops - no HUGE hops with a thick, scalding body finishing with a scattershot of brutal hops. THe slightly roasty full body is a perfect springboard for the PNW hops. Solid showing here.

Draught at Nakameguro. Dark orange-brown color with a thin, frothy head. Big American hop aroma, with citrus and pine, medium malt with raisins. Flavor is sweet yet well balanced, with caramel, rich malt, and both aroma and bittering hops. Has notes of raisins, pine, citrus, and cherry. Big, bitter hop finish. Nice stuff.
