Should Bakayaro! prove too angry and overbearing for you, we also are introducing his milder younger brother, Chotto Baka. Chotto Baka shares a common malt, hop and yeast DNA with Bakayaro!, only less of everything. Chotto Baka is available only as real ale on hand-pump and exclusively at our Taproom pubs.

Light amber color. Cherries, apples and oranges in the nose. Light mouth. Hop accented. Well put together hoppy session ale, though not much bitterness. Enjoyable

Decent, something didn’t quite gel with my personal tastes though. Probably too much bittering hops for such a low alcohol beer and the lack of carbonation through hand pump gave it a rough, almost coarse body. Still if you want a hop hit over a session it certainly is a little bastard.
