from Erzbierschof - pours a hazy reddish-orange beer with a firm beige head; solid aroma of citrus and kumquat, hints of oranges; full-bodied, lively palate and light sweet; mellow bitterness and a long citric and grapefruity hoppy finish - charm and quality

(Baird Fruitful Life Citrus IPA) Bottle 330 ml at home, served into a shaker, ABV 7.5% Deep orange colour on the body, cloudy, with almost two full fingers of white, thick head, with average retention. Aroma has citrus, grapefruit, light tangerine, nice floral notes. Lots of citrus on the taste, with lemon flowers, lemon leaves, citrus is dominating. Some orange here and there, kumquat, tangerine, only mildly bitter. Medium body with good carbonation, numbing feeling on the mouth after a while because of all those lemons. Nice!

Restrained citrus aroma in a hazy gold pour. Restrained hop forward balance with a tart fruity body and crisp clean finish.

Bottle from Erzbierschof Zurich (yup, they currently have a really nice stock of Baird bottles!) The citrus is hard to overlook, but there’s also nice things about this beer: Well-carbonized, a pinch of sourness, dry and refreshing. Definitely an outstanding fruit beer

330ml bottle (thanks FatPhil). Slightly hazy amber color. Medium size, thick white head, stays. Citrus, fruity, red orange, malty, sweet in aroma. Orange, caramel, sweet fruity, blossom in taste. Blossomy fruity aftertaste. Mellow sweet fruity bitterness. Nice full body. Quite pleasant brew.

330ml bottle (Pothouse, Tallinn)
Rich, almost biting preserved kumquatty aroma. Sweet, and very zesty. Much mellower taste. Pleasant full body, very fitting carbonation, neither flat not fizzy, just right. Nice sweet caramelly malts, a bit of a milkiness to them, plenty of citrussy hops, but not as zesty as I’d expected. Pleasant bitter bite in the finish, the preserved kumquat returns. Very nice full hops, a bit of seared fat, lovely. 7.5% - no way. Excellent brew, one of Baird’s best.

Bottle (from Koht, Tallinn). Pours amber-brown with off-white head. The head stays. Aroma is sweet, citrus, orange, lemon. Flavor is sweet, sour, citrus, orange, lemon, caramel, acidic, and pine. Finish is grapefruit-pine bitter with some sweetness. Carbonation is high. Overall: ok.
