3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Deep amber pour with a tan head. Very heavy biscuit malt aroma along with some fresh fruit, and slight hops. Medium bodied. Flavor is more enjoyable than the aroma. Fruits, light hops, and a strong biscuit malt backbone. Finish is light bitterness. Tasty, but has some room for improvement.

Bottle. Dark amber/red color with a good sized off-white head. Decent caramel malt flavor, with slight hopping. Slight earthy, but also a good amount of sweetness. Rich malt flavor, with caramel, dark fruits, earth, and reasonably good hopping. Sweetness balanced well with roasty flavor and hops. Dry, hoppy finish is a surprise. A good alt.
