Draught at Bashamichi Taproom. Deep, dark golden-orange with a pillowy head. Big citrus hop nose, fresh and green, floral, grassy. Flavor is metallic, with gren hops, pilsner malt, bread. Nice, though the malt is a bit thin and the bitterness light. Tasty but not so special. A bit too green and vegetal.

Light amber golden color. Freshly cut grass and hay in the nose. Clean, lots of hay in the mouth with solid bitterness. Lasting moderate dry bitterness. The commercial description at the Taproom describes the beer to a tee. Enjoyable..
