Yes, we have fermented Red Rose Amber Ale (normally done with our Scottish ale strain) with our Belgian ale strain. How similar are they? How different? What is the difference? Please taste it for yourself.

Draught at Tadg’s. Cloudy amber color with almost no head. Not too much nose, even after it warmed, caramel, cherry, earthy hop. Fruity caramel flavor, light spice. Belgian character is not all that pronounced, but there is a nice earthiness. Quite bitter.
