Lots of yeasty flavors with summer fruits hiding in the back. Finishes grainy and tart but overall starts to bog down and get muddy and cloying as it warms.

Draught. Muddy orange-brown, minimal head. Super sour nose of citrus fruit, candy, vague hops. Fresh palate. Low carbonation, and yeasty, sour aftertaste. Not as singular as some standout saisons, but not too bad either.

Nose shows funky saison yeast, light fruit, banana and sweet clean malt. Subtle.
Light fruity flavour with a fair bit of sweetness following. Dries out a bit in the finish.
Carbonation really could be higher.

Big white head. Clear yellow body. Funky floral mealy aroma with resiny notes. Dry funky resiny taste with kiwi and flour notes. Mid-to-light body. Mild mouthfeel. Dry floral kiwi aftertaste with earthy funky notes. Nice, clean, fresh and highly drinkable. (0.25l draft at Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen.)

10oz pour at Mikkeller Bar is a clear, bright gold with one thin ring of white head. Fairly clean nose, floral, some malt, light spice. Flavor is better, sweet, honey, lychee, flowers, light malt, light spice. Watery finish. Not bad but could have had a lot more flavor.

Bottle, 12C. Cloudy gold with a white head. Gentle aroma is dusty with dough and citrus and spices. Light bodied and very soft in the mouth. Taste has bittersweet citrus, sugary dough, some boiled sweets, cloves, pepper. Gently bitter at the fairly dry finish. Spices creep up at the end. Not looking to knock your socks off, just provide some intrigue as you quaff. Good.

Taste is dry and medium bitter with quite yeasty notes of spices, bubble gum and fruit. Quite light body with medium to high carbonation. Decent Saison.
