Keg at the Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014, red session. 03/05/2014. Aroma is delicate apple, floral and honey malts. Clouded yellow / straw coloured pour with a sticky white head. Flavour is straw, slightly earthy, floral and apple. Palate is light and bit watery.

Clear medium yellow color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, pale malt, fruity, light yeasty, apple notes. Flavour is light moderate sweet with a average to long duration, pale malt, apple notes, yeasty notes. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is flat. [20140503]

CBC Session 3. Lightly hazy pale gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and airy. Fine carbonation. Something that tastes like floral Motueka, slightly thin. Mild apple runs throughout. Light dry finish. Not bad - could be a whole lot bolder.
