Bottle. Dark amber colour with an off.white head with medium lasting. Aroma is hoppy, herbal with pumpkin notes. Flavor has a decent bitterness with long duration, notes of resins and punokin. The final is bittery with a creamy sensation on palate.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Light brown and orange, delicate small head on top. Ripe fruits and little bit tannin on the nose. Same ripe fruit flavors and some yeast. Bitter ending. Hints of oak flavor as well. Interesting but needs more bitterness in my opinion.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Burnt orange colour, quite hazy, with a very lively head that is slow to settle. Aroma is...well odd really for an IPA. The first thing I get is an earthy caramel, then just a bit of green hop. The palate is even more strange. Chocolate dominates initially, but then is subdued into an earthy caramel that fits the nose. The hops here play a distant second string to the malt, which is usually acceptable to me, but for some reason this is just coming across as thick and dull. I’m quite certain that lack of freshness is playing a major role in this let-down of a beer, but without a bottling date on the label it’s hard to know for certain.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
341mL bottle. Pour is a dark golden in colour, hazy. Big white head, large bubbles, sticky lacing. Nose is mild citrus hops, quite grassy. Taste has grains, lemon and earthy, floral hops. Medium bitter finish with lasting grassy and citrusy notes, mild alcohol warmth, medium carbonation. Overall a decent IPA. Would pair extremely well with sushi and other Japanese dishes.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle 360ml. Pours hazy orange. Aroma is caramel, citrus and a bit yeasty. Taste is caramel, citrus, pine and something else... A bit stingy, just weird. Not my favourite. Medium body high carbonation.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Hazy red orange with a medium sized good lasting off white head. Citrus, dusty, light herbal, hay, bread, light caramel. Taste is medium sweet and bitter. Medium body, oily/creamy texture, soft carbonation. Ends light dry and bitter. Like the pale ale it looks good and has a nice mouthfeel, but the hop profile doesn’t really hit the spot.
