Midnight black in color and pouring with a massively dense tan-brown head, this hoppy stout (50 BUs of a combination of Warrior, Columbus, Simcoe, Amarillo) is surprisingly light in body due to ample additions of an unique blend of wheat malts (British base wheat, carawheat, chocolate wheat, and un-malted roasted wheat).

On tap at Nakameguro Taproom. Dark brown with hardly any head. Good blend of chocolate and citrus aroma. Tastes refreshing from the citrus, balancing the chocolatey sweetness and the hints of coffee roast. The mix works.
