A red lager. It is a sweeter beer with a higher alcoholic content than the blond lagers. Its particular taste is obtained with a typical European brewing spice addition. It is perfect as an aperitive and is the perfect drink to combine with stewed seafood casserole and guisados.

(bottle) pours a hazy, coppery, amber color, blobby sediment; small head with only a bit of lacing left on pint glass; smells nice - spicy or malty. It was complex with a nice balance of lightly sweet malts and tangy/sour yeasts with a spiciness in there too.
When I drink a beer I immediately put a rating (between 1 and 100, the higher the better) on the label as a first impression. I gave this one a 71.
