Bottle (Diky, Bodensee): Moderate sweet-grainy nose, clear, golden with a white lacy head; solid sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied; bisquity traces in the sweet-malty and hoppy finish with a increasing herbal bitterness in the aftertaste. A well rounded, very well drinkable Bock........

Aroma is clean, fresh, dry. The flavors follow the aromas. Fruity and balanced. Doesn’t feel heavy at all. Clean and crisp. Actually nice.

The beer in the glass is strong golden yellow, clear, with a lot of CO2 and a pearly sparkling head. It smells balanced hoppy-malty. Starts dominant malty, slightly tart, mildly hoppy, slightly fruity in the background. Goes into a fruity hoppy finish, slightly sweet.

Light yellow colored with little white head. Sweet aroma with dominating honey, some grass, cardboard and grains also come up. Medium bodied, slightly carbonated palate. Flavor is also dominated by sweetness, thin alcohol comes up in still sweet aftertaste, with same cardboardy tone.

0.5 l bottle. Golden color. Sweet honeyish and slightly toffeish aroma some solventy alcohol. The flavor is also sweet and honeyish with bread, toffee and warming alcohol. Full bodied.

Hopfiger und kräftiger Antrunk, ab dem Mittelteil sehr würzig, was aber meist im Hintergrund bleibt. Herber werdend, die Würze zieht sich noch etwas weiter zurück, bleibt aber auf erkennbarer Intensität. Etwas holzig, leicht getreidig, im Abgang alkoholisch werdend, trotzdem süffig und lecker. 50cl bottle from Bierzwerg. BB 07/2011. Poured clear golden with a frothy head. Earthy, caramel malty aroma, hint of alcohol as well. Flavor is caramel, fruity notes and quite some alcohol. Finish is warming and malty. Too much alcohol to be really enjoyable.

Hopfig-würziger geruch mit leichtem Malzstich. Süßlich-malziger Start. Mitte getreidig, eher milder Eindruck mit malzwürziger Komponente. Abgangs dann stärker würzig, solide ausgeprägt. Trinkbarer Bock. Ok.

Bottle from Bierzwerg. Golden color with medium white head. Grainy aroma with fruity hints. Taste bitter, grainy, fruity, brandy like finish. Drinkable.

Clear deep honey golden color, small white head. Papery, grainy, apple fruity alcoholic aroma. Medium-bodied. Flavor is similar to aroma: alcoholic, light sweetish alcoholi-fruity flavor with grainy-papery notes. Industrial feeling in this heller bock, which is not among the best Baisinger brews.

Bottle. Sweet barley malt and light astringent alcohol aroma. Clear golden yellow color with giant head and strong effervescence. Sweet malt and strong bitter herbal hops and astringent alcohol flavor. Nice body - a tad rough but overall very nice.
