Caramel sweet, toffee, wheat and fruitiness in aroma.
Flavour is dryish with wheat, mild caramel sweetness, apple and dry fruitiness. Quite flawless Hefeweizen. Caramel in aftertaste.

Dark yellow colored with medium sized white head. Rich banana dominates this sweet aroma, even some vanilla note here with some lemon. Medium bodied. Flavor is also rich with banana, same vanilla sweetness, thin grass here with yeast in aftertaste. Nice weisse.

Murky medium matt grey yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light malty, moderate to heavy yeasty, banana and banana, light clove. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, fresh. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20110520]

Bananig-hefiger Geruch.
Im Antrunk ein wenig säuerlich, Banane. Mitte fruchtig, jetzt deutlich saurer. Im Schluß hefig-trocken und herb-säuerlich.
Ziemlich eigenwillig, aber durchaus in Ordnung.

Light yellow beer with a medium and white head. Aroma is typical hefe, wheat, slightly sour, bananas and some sweetness. Taste is nice and easy, wheat, some sourness and bubblegums. Smooth and nice to drink. Tastefull and pleasant hefe without mistakes.

My first beer from this brewery.
Hazy yellow-orange color, big cloudy white head. Banana, bubblegum and spices (clove) in the nose, lots of esters. Medium-bodied. Soft palate. Sweetish overriped banana, banana candy flavor. Grainy wheatyness and some citrus (with sour notes) in the finish. Standard, well-brewed hefeweizen. For summer terrace!

Bottled from Bierzwerg. Hazy golden color with medium white head. Citrus, apples, spices in aroma. Taste, wheat, lemon and of course banana. Nice bitter finish. Nice beer.

50cl bottle from Bierzwerg. BB 8/2011. Poured hazy golden with a frothy white head. Very fruity, spicy, wheaty aroma. Flavor was vwheat, banana and some yeast. Dryish finish. Great hefeweizen, very crisp and refreshing.
