passable beer, nonoffensive. Slight cidertaste and neutral aroma and coloured body. A bit of lace. Average mouthfeel. While not hoppy, it was mildly bitter and no off notes. If I was stuck in Mexico without any other beer, I would have this.Stephen Rich’s bottle.

Bottled. An amber beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, and a bit of fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and fruit, leading to a dry finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Pours clear straw yellow, white head. Grain, bread, touch of corn. Pretty watery. Overall very similar to the other macros in the area, and a bit more expensive, so not really worth it.

UPDATED: FEB 16, 2012 Bottle from a convenience store in Cabo San Lucas. Golden with no head. Aroma of straw and citrus. Taste is pretty much the same. Better than most of the other lighter beers in the area for sure.

On tap @ Baja Brewing. Clear golden with a tiny white head. Light aroma of sweet bready malt. Flavor is lightly sweet with a very light bitterness. Good mouth feel and carbonation. This is a good easy drinking beer for a hot day. A bit more flavor than your standard Mexican light lagers but just as refreshing.

A golden beer with no head. Aroma is very sweet with a citrus nose. Unusual and distinct. Nice and smooth with no carbonation. Flavor is defined by sweet citrus. Nice hop and malt flavors are in the background. No adjuncts at all. This is a very enjoyable and easy drinking lager. It is light, sweet, and pleasant.
