Dark ruby color, good creamy beige head, lace. Caramelly, a bit grassy-woody hoppy and sourish nose. Palate is quite watery. Caramelly sweetness and some toasted notes. Aftertaste is woody hoppy leaving long bitter flavor. Ok dunkel, could have another one.

Jul 2, 2008 Bottled. Dark brow reddish colour. Fast disappearing head pale brown. Some malts and syrup in the nose. Soft tast. Some hops in the end.

Jun 5, 2008 Slightly roasted malts, coffee and some chocolate notes in aroma. Flavor is also slightly roasty with coffee, some syrup and chocolate. Dryish finish. Too thin body.

May 21, 2008 Hazy brown with a smattering of tan froth. A light grassiness lofts over a sturdy toffee and cookie base. Broad, smoky sweetness with mild finishing hops and acidity. Fluffy carbonation, slick texture.
Somewhat singular in its sweetness
