On tap @ Klub Malych Pivovaru, Pilsen. Clear golden body, small white head. Aroma is pale malts, biscuits, straw and hints of nuts. Taste is sweet grains, pale malts, grass and hints of straw. Light body, medium carbonation. Nice enough, but no winner.

Tap @ GBBF. Pours clear golden with a small white head leaving lace. Clear and clean, malty, dry, hoppy aroma. Flavor is excellent - fruity, malty, hoppy and bitter. Finishes dry and bitter.

keg at GBBF 2011, 3rd day. Pretty deep gold color with a fine head. Lovely malt nose—rich, layered, wonderful. Rich yeasty malt flavor, bread, crackers, light grassy hops. Cold use a touch more hopping, but the malts are perfect. Dry, peppery finish. How come no one can do pilsner malt like the Czechs?

On tap at Euston Tap. As Bakalar Unfiltered 4.9%. Paleish gold very slight haze. Lasting white head. Some maltiness. Only a touch of lager puke. But its quite restrained. Good hoppy bite on the finish mind you. Really good bite that stings and stings. Slight perfume hop on aroma. Not overly carbonated. Tasty pils. Good bit of sherbert
