Unclear medium to dark brown amber colour with a small to average, frothy to fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, caramel, light roasted, moderate to light light heavy yeasty, banana, phenol, yeast. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average to long duration, caramel, yeasty, sweet fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat.

The rarest beer at our "festival". Overriped banana in the nose. Light to medium-bodied. Mainly banana in very watery palate. Low bitterness.This is like watered down Sahti. As this is a bakery maybe they use baking yeast?

Bottled at PBF. Cloudy orange/brown. Aroma of cellar and banana. Mid sweet with clean mouthfeel and medium body. Earth, caramel and banana. Low bitterness. Simple, but not bad.
