Bottle poured at Eataly.. Pours brownish orange gold with fluffy head. Nose is spivey and yeasty. Tastes of orange citrus, yeast, pretty peppery, light earth, and some light smokiness. Slight alcohol aftertastes. flavorful

Pauvre Téo, je suis désolé, pour cette seconde critique de tes bières,
je suis obligé de te donner une note horrible …
Mais en fait, ce n’est pas toi, en tant que brasseur, mais le sarrasin qui est
ainsi coté...
Cette plante, qui n’est par ailleurs pas une graminée, n’est pas faite pour la bière,
tout simplement. Je t’invite à aller voir ma critique de la Sara en
Belgique, une bière … à pleurer.
Ce triste sort paraît inévitable, quelque soit le brasseur …
Déjà les arômes sont aigres, notamment sur l’oignon.
Les saveurs commencent sur le clou de girofle, avec un curieux mélange
d’herbes de Provence et de lavande...
La 2ème bouche est pire, touchant à l’âcre.
La suite ne sera jamais à l’équilibre, avec toujours ce goût abrasif...
La levure carrée. La finale nulle.
La teneur en alcool est inutile, puisque ne soutenant aucune saveur
intéressante.
Donc un très grand gâchis, puisque cette bouteille du type Père Blanc
était magnifique, mais son contenu presque inqualifiable...(tout comme
en Belgique, la Sara qui propose une des plus belles étiquettes, mais aussi
une des bières les plus nulles ....)

Bottiglia da 75cl acquistata direttamente sul sito enjoylurisia; si nota la leggerezza dell?acqua anche se presenta un po? di fondo. Notevole gradazione alcolica e deciso sapore di whisky.

Bottle in Rome. Hazy gold beer, short lived off white head. Crisp palate with a dry carbonated sting. Tangy to almost sour tinned peaches and some tart orange. Mild malt cream underpins. Semi dry finish. Alright.

Open Baladin Roma. Notevole belgian strong ale, ha più corpo e gradazione elevata della Super e risulta anche meno dolciona. Buona!

Bottle at Eataly store, Bologna, Italia 26.02.11 Pours warm gold with good clarity. A bit of dusty hops at the back of the mouth, the alcohol screams through, some buzzy carbonation, fruity with a light spiciness. A real gusher: foam crept out even from a half-empty bottle, and the flaky yeast got well agitated. Fruity, spicy aroma. Taste has a wood-like tartness. Dry. Alcohol finish. 75 cl bottle from Eataly Bologna a year ago, BB date invisible.
