Commercial Description: Nose characterized by the sweet of the malt with a veiled but concentrated honey, which let, now and then, outcrop a fresh floral of field flowers, already found during the former tasting session; but a sweeter fruity taste of pineapple and apricot in syrup.
Taste dominated by a malt almost completely overbearing that I would define (without any fear to be contradicted) of excellent quality.
A sure fresh fruity taste of melon and a more hidden taste of ripen banana and bitter orange is anyway able to peep out in the front part of the tongue, shyly spreading through the palate, in this real "malt's reign".
When the temperature rises, an absolutely pleasing vanilla hint appears.
Carefully analysing its aftertaste, with almost completely absent bitter aroma, I easily realise of the choice made by the brewer of avoiding the "dry hopping".
Misty blond colour, thin collar, beautiful lace. Simple aroma of malt, simple flavours, light body, just some bitterness. Too simple palate.
