Courtesy of Blazer06. Pours muddy copper with tan head. The aroma is pretty full and rich with spices, earthiness and some modest dark fruity esters. Pretty smooth and inviting. The taste is similar with smooth and rich notes starting somewhat musty with sweet malts and blended dark fruitiness of cherries and plums. Those notes are rounded out toward the finish with a pleasing earthiness adding more depth and interest to the experience.

come tutte le baladin una birra particolare e sicuramente interessante. mi aspettavo qualche cosa di più dalla schiuma e dall’aspetto in generale sul quale secondo me si può ancora lavorare

thanks to blazer for the share.
A: Pours a hazy orange hue with a big puffy white head that does manage some lace.
S: Aromas of sweet summer fruit like pears and apples. Hints of spice and yeast.
T: Candy like malt sweetness, summer fruit, and spice. Light floral notes as well.
M: Medium in body smooth.
D: Pretty good. The italian beers are pretty expensive some are worth the money some are not. I have the feeling is one may be in the are not category.

On tap at Churchill’s Renaissance. $5/4oz...ahh the price of Italian beers. Actually 4oz was probably too much, considering I wasn’t a big fan of it. It wasn’t bad or anything. Yellow amber color. No head. Green apple taste/aroma. Lightly sweet.
