Commercial description La scelta del miele d'erica da parte di Teo e stata voluta per caratterizzare in modo originale questa birra dove le note di caramello e tamarindo sono bilanciate da importanti luppoli inglesi. Per la rifermentazione e l'affinamento in bottiglia si utilizza una melata d'abete per conferire un impronta aromatica decisa, ma equilibrata. Brewed with heath honey, refermented in the bottle with fir honeydew. The brewer markets this same or near-same product by more than one names. This can be the result of a brewer distributing this beer under different names in different countries, or the brewer simply changing the name, but not the recipe at different points in time.
