Buona blanche beer, al naso molto speziata e agrumata. Ottimo corpo e buon gusto. Dolce forse esagerato x una blanche.

UPDATED: APR 5, 2013 25cl bottle. Pours a hale, translucent, light orange with a small, white head. Aroma is reminiscent of white wine with its mineral-like flavor with white currants and slight gooseberry as well. Taste is very sweet and sugary. Mandarin is dominant. The white wine-flavor is in the background: Mineral and white currant, slightly acidic. Light wheat and lemon as well. Palate is light and smooth. Not much in the way of carbonation. Much too sweet for me.

Hazed pale blonde with a thin off white head that clears to the edge.
Nose is pale malt, light grass, citrus, yeast, toffee, banana.
Taste follows - not massively packed with flavours - wheat , citrus, yeast, light spice.
Medium bodied with moderate carbonation - a little spritzy, dryish finish.
Ok drinkable stuff but pretty average.

25 cl bottle at home. My first from Baladin! Very good looking bottle! Nice pale yellow color. Head disappeared quickly. Aroma is like a wit - coriander, flowery. Nice mouthfeel, slick and somewhat thick! The flavor has malts and wheat, coriander and chamomile, and a lovely backbone of orange and citrus which continue into the lingering lovely aftertaste. Also, notes of fruity perfume and soap, hints of pepper. Very easy to drink! A very nice wit!

Golden with a white head - Aroma of wheat, citrus and some spice - Malt body with a good taste of citrus and spice - Short spicy finsih - this was qute nice

color giallo scarico velato.schiuma fine medio bassa persistenza.agrumata con un pizzico di lievito.in bocca è piaacevolmente maltata con una nota di spezie ben dosata.liscia bassa carbonazione.finale ancora con agrumi.piacevole e molto bevibile

Bottle. Pale wheat with a short lived head. Light soapy wheat aroma nad flavour, some buublegum citrus. All a bit watery.

Sieht aus wie naturtrüber Apfelsaft; der Schaum ist in Nullkommanix verschwunden. Riecht erst wie Sekt; nach ner Weile kommt eine Orangennote und ein Hauch Koriander. Erfrischender, sektmäßiger Antrunk. Geschmacklich oben erwähnte Fruchtnote und etwas herber ausklingend. Für mich bis auf die schön gestaltete Flasche ein 08/15 Witbier, dass gegenüber einem Hoegaarden aber klar zurückfällt.
