COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Wheat beer, revolutionary in the world of italian productions, the "Isaac Biere" present absolutely original qualities. It is, in fact, a biere blanche of obvious belgian root, with an intense fruity fragrance where the camomile and mallow stand out. Balanced taste of apricot, pear and fig with a lovely spicy note, typical for the white beer. Its quality of very pleasing and easy to drink beer and its olfactory characteristic gain it the appellation of "biere pour enfants" ( and not by chance Isaac is the name of Mastro Teo’s son). Excellent during meals it matches wonderfully first dishes and fish, while its use in cooking allows enjoyable and appreciated variations.

Bottle: Mesium to big vast white head which disappears quick on top of a hazy orange colored beer. Smell fruit, orange, tangerine abricot, yeast, hint of soap and herbs. Taste is a pretty crisp mix of: fruit, orange, abricot, yeast, soap, barleys, malts, hint of dough, nice medium bitterness. Nice bitter fruity light yeasty aftertaste. Low carbo, soft mouthfeel, medium body and a light creamy texture. Nice.

Come blanche appare subito un po’ più scura della media, anche al gusto risulta leggermente fuori stile. Molto limonosa e floreale, sa di pane e cereali.

the first impression of this was that it smells and looks like a little but of orange juice poured into a pint of hefeweizen, tastes like it too. Not that its a bad thing, the knock against most belgian whites is that theres not enough distinctive flavor, but this definitely has enough flavor. delicious actually, been wanting to try this one for a long time, and it didnt disappoint.

250 ml bottle purchased at 5titus, Olot in Spain. Hazy, pale golden body with a white head that disappears. Aroma has some caramel malt, spicy, herbal and fruity yeast. Flavor is refreshing and a bit unusually, mild malt, spicy, yeast, some lemon and low bitterness. An interesting, refreshing, tasty and very nice beer.

25cl. bottle from a local beer retailer. It pours a hazy golden-amber liquid with lots of yeast spots (some of them quite big) and a small white head that dissipates completely almost instantly and leaves no lacing at all. The aroma is very fruity, with a notable wheaty and yeasty character, along with some floral hoppiness. It leaves hints of apricot (mainly), along with some other fruits (grapes, pear), camomille and very mild spices. It tastes likewise, with some additional distant caramel touch. It is medium sweet, moderately bitter and a slight sour. In the mouth it feels softly carbonated, with oily texture a medium body and a quite dry finish, leaving an aftertaste of fruit, camomille and flowers. A new way to interpret Witbier by these italian geniuses. Not my favourite, but quite a nice and surprising brew. Presentation rocks, as always with Baladin.

Fresh on tap @ "Mangiari di Strada", Milano. Light golden body, good lasting white head. Herbal, musky notes in the aroma. Slightly citric, smooth and silky on the palate. Spices and wheat character detectable but rather subdued with respect to the best examples of the style, which may detract a point or two from the overall score (tasted more like a hoppy golden ale than a witbier to me). Nice hoppy finish. High quaffability!
