Wheat beer, revolutionary in the world of italian productions, the "Isaac Biere" present absolutely original qualities. It is, in fact, a biere blanche of obvious belgian root, with an intense fruity fragrance where the camomile and mallow stand out. Balanced taste of apricot, pear and fig with a lovely spicy note, typical for the white beer. Its quality of very pleasing and easy to drink beer and its olfactory characteristic gain it the appellation of "biere pour enfants" ( and not by chance Isaac is the name of Mastro Teo’s son). Excellent during meals it matches wonderfully first dishes and fish, while its use in cooking allows enjoyable and appreciated variations.

Big citrus aroma, with touches of wheat, and yeast. Flavor was bright, and crisp, and hoppy. Refreshing, and solid, a good example of the style.

Bottle. Interesting stuff. Pours a cloudy, dull gold with minimal white head. Basic Witbier aroma with coriander and sweet wheat. Flavor is wild. Starts sweet with some caramel malt, then there is strong licorice. Light to medium in body with soft carbonation. Finishes sweet with barely perceptible bitters, along with notes of malt, licorice and caramel. Pretty good.
