COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Wheat beer, revolutionary in the world of italian productions, the "Isaac Biere" present absolutely original qualities. It is, in fact, a biere blanche of obvious Belgian root, with an intense fruity fragrance where the camomile and mallow stand out.

Balanced taste of apricot, pear and fig with a lovely spicy note, typical for the white beer. Its quality of very pleasing and easy to drink beer and its olfactory characteristic gain it the appellation of "biere pour enfants" ( and not by chance Isaac is the name of Mastro Teo’s son).

Excellent during meals it matches wonderfully first dishes and fish, while its use in cooking allows enjoyable and appreciated variations.

Hazy yellow colour with a small white head that quck vanish. Wheat and mild orange aroma. A bit flat. Maybee the reason that there where almost no head. Otherwise a fine moderate sweet and fresh wheat and light orange flavour.

74cl bottle. It pours a hazy golden apricot colour with a medium white head. Aroma is sweet-ish and spicy. Citrus, hops, flowers, bread and peaches. Taste is sweet-ish again with pears, chamomile and spices. Quite prominent yeast profile. Mildly bitter finish. Body is light with good carbonation. Overall, interesting and tasty for sure, but not what I’d expect from a Witbier, too much on the sweet side and the spicy yeasty Baladin profile is a bit overwhelming.

Botlte 25cl, a cloudy yellow orange beer with almost no head. Nose is astringent, aroma is watery only a poor lemon is there, astringent with peppery background, no complexity, acid, vitamin C tablet. Boring and ppor, like the water after having washed a table.

25 cl bottle. Pours unclear dark yellow, with a light head. Interesting sweet aroma of fruit and berries, with orange and coriander and a whiff of yeast. Quite full, creamy body and soft carbonation. Flavour is sweet malty toffee and yeast, and then…. nothing? A bit disappointing, really.

Flaske 0,25l fra Vinmonopolet, Bestillingsutvalget. Drukket hjemme 9 Jul 12. Veldig lysebrun. Gulskjær. Litt uklar. Medium høyt luftig skum. Beskjeden plommearoma. Søt. Smaken er frukttyggegummi. God - men virker kunstig. Blir veldig søt.
