Wheat beer, revolutionary in the world of italian productions, the "Isaac Biere" present absolutely original qualities. It is, in fact, a biere blanche of obvious Belgian root, with an intense fruity fragrance where the camomile and mallow stand out.

Balanced taste of apricot, pear and fig with a lovely spicy note, typical for the white beer. Its quality of very pleasing and easy to drink beer and its olfactory characteristic gain it the appellation of "biere pour enfants" ( and not by chance Isaac is the name of Mastro Teo’s son).

Excellent during meals it matches wonderfully first dishes and fish, while its use in cooking allows enjoyable and appreciated variations.

Bottle, 0.33l. Clear golden color with medium creamy white head and sparkling appearance. Aroma of wheat, banana, yeast and coriander. Taste starts with moderate sweet grainy malt, following is herbal and yeasty? mouthfeel is dry and spicy, while finish is mild bitter. Light to medium body, thin texture and fizzy carbonation in palate. Quite tasteless...

Nice puffed grains, wheaty aroma. Pale, hazy, tiny head. Bland wheaty taste, some corniness. Sweet. A bit too sticky. Odd wheat beer, definitely not a wit.

Tap@bierbier. Pale yellow, hazy. Citrus, lemon really, spices (peppercorn?), sort of lagery yeastyness, pale malts. Med bodied, quite nice smooth easy drinkable. Citrus, round malts, finishes slight oily. Feels like a wit.. lager mix. Ok, nice refreshing actually.
